We strive to provide high-quality educational experiences in both our online courses and in-person classes. Please review our refund policy below before registering.

1. Online Courses

• Refund Eligibility:

  • Once a course has been opened, refunds cannot be issued.

• Non-Refundable:

  • Courses purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes are non-refundable.

  • Access fees, materials, or certificates already issued are non-refundable.

2. In-Person Classes

• Cancellation by Student:

  • 80% refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 45 days before the class start date. Students will be offered the option to transfer to a future class.

  • A 50% refund is available if cancellation is requested 30 days before the start date. Students will be offered the option to transfer to a future class.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the class begins. Students will be offered the option to transfer to a future class.

• Cancellation by Organizer:

  • If we must cancel or reschedule a class, students will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

3. Transfers & Credits

• Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer enrollment to another course or receive course credit (subject to availability and approval).

4. How to Request a Refund

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to drekatyaa@gmail.com.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.
